We stopped by Moab Coffee Roasters to cool off with some ice cream on a hot day and were so glad we did. Each person in our family found a flavor that was just right for them. The ice cream was delicious and refreshing, and the staff was friendly and very helpful, making the visit even better. It was a wonderful little treat that added to our day in Moab.

Really nice and big coffee shop where you can find coffee, cold and hot coffee drinks, smoothies, chocolates, ice cream and gift shop. Caramel frappe that I ordered was perfect! They have sitting place inside and outside with nice view on mountains! Great place!

Stopped in for a dessert. Was well worth the effort. Server put effort into the 2 scoops of Gelato we selected. Sat inside as the sun was fairly warm for walking around downtown Moab after a bike ride earlier in the day. Inside was cool, but plenty of folks were taking advantage of the tables outside. Constant stream of folks looking for eats, but service kept them moving smoothly.

Coffee snob report: mid-day, single shot in a ceramic espresso cup, they wiped the basket out, didn’t have stale puck sitting in the basket, good press, good timed shot, decent creama. I can’t stress enough how rare it is to get a good shot mid day in the U.S.!!! In fact, I went back for a second just to see consistency, nailed it. Typically it’s unbelievably bitter or sour, but this was done right. Great job!

Their coffee roast was toasty and fresh. When we were in town we used to go every day. They have best service and helpful staff. We also got fresh roasted beans and it’s really amazing. They serve yummy huckleberry ice cream. Everyone who is in town they should visit this coffee house.

With resort town rent, prices of tiny sales will always be higher than suburban strip malls. But while this may lead some ice cream and coffee shops to serve middling product, MCR does not disappoint. Espresso gelato float? I'd never even heard of such a thing. Affofato is what it's called, and it's divine. Excellent coffee, gelato, ice cream, chocolates. Small gift shop and lots of seating both indoors and out to enjoy your treats. Friendly staff, good presentation.

Had an early morning coffee stop at the moab coffee roasters! This is such a nice cafe, I got a nice cold brew and a delicious burrito. This place is great inside and out it's also a vary easy stop from or two arches! I haven't been to very many other cafe's in moab but this one is great
